“Sharon, I just wanted to let you know that your staff did an amazing job last night, they were friendly, helpful, and very professional. We ended up with way more Italian cookies than I had planned for and your staff accommodated them without me even having to ask them. Also I had so many compliments on how good the food was and we have a tough crowd to impress on the Italian side, the one that hit me the most, and I felt so good when I heard it, was when one of my husbands cousins were telling me that the first generation Italian Aunts and Uncle were commenting them how great the food was, and she said to me” you know in this family that’s all the remember from a wedding is how the food was.” That was are greatest concern when we were planning this wedding knowing how important that is for an Italian reception.
