Vegetarian Entree’

This vegetarian entree’ was served recently for the Life Christian School’s  Dinner/Auction  Not only was it delicious and beautiful, but it was heart-healthy too!

Sweet Red Peppers with a Cous Cous – Quinoa Medley topped with Fresh Goat Cheese, Roasted Washington Asparagus and Ginger Glazed Carrots with Toasted Pecans.
