Sanitation to Protect our Clients and Staff

After being in the food service business for over 40 years, Snuffin’s Catering has always been proactive in correct  sanitation practices. Both our kitchen and event staff are trained to properly wash hands as well as the correct use of protective gloves.

To further protect guests at our catered events, we place single-use plastic gloves at the beginning of all buffets. One of our staff members will be stationed to remind guests to use them as they handle serving utensils.

Yesterday, the guests at Rags Wearable Art loved the gloves being available and got right into the spirit of protecting the food and each other from possible issue.
All of us need to remember to wash our hands with soap and warm water – vigorously and frequently!
