Plated dinners can have either a single or a dual entree with accompanying side dishes, vegetables and breads. A selection of appetizers passed on flower-garnished trays may be served to your guests during the cocktail hour. The following sample menus are suitable for larger events in locations that have kitchen facilities, as well as smaller, intimate dinners in private homes.
If your venue does not have a commercial kitchen, we will arrange for rental of cooking and hot/cold holding equipment from our rental company.
