Snuffin’s Catering offers a wide range of menu options for weddings, anniversaries, private dinners, open houses, memorial receptions, box lunches, lunch buffets, bar and bat mitzvahs, picnics, cocktail receptions and other social events.
We offer a variety of menus plus seasonal specialties. You may choose one of the menus listed here, or create your own custom menu. As full service caterers, we are happy to coordinate all the arrangements for you: rental of dishes, flatware and glassware, tables, chairs and linens, floral arrangements and design services, entertainment, bartenders and party staff.
ALA CARTE MENUS:
Trays and appetizers, box lunches and buffet lunches are available for delivery or take out. Our professional event planners will assist you in choosing just exactly what you will need for your special event.
Menu prices are as listed. Event staff, bartenders, service charge, any linens or rental equipment and Washington State sales taxes are additional. Prices are given in ranges to allow for seasonal food cost variations. Staff costs are in addition to menu prices. When you meet with your event planner, she will give you an itemized estimate of staff and other costs for your wedding reception.
All Snuffin’s staff are trained in proper food handling and sanitation practices. Our kitchen as well as event staff wear gloves at all times when preparing your food. The number of servers required for your event will depend on your number of guests, the menu you choose, and any special circumstances.
Gratuities are left to your discretion. You may choose to give a percentage of the total, or an amount for each staff member. Average gratuities range from 60.00 to 75.00 per staff member. Gratuities may be added to your payment, or given to staff members the day of your event. 100% of all gratuities go to event staff.

Tables. Chairs. Linens. China & Tableware. You choose your style and we take care of ordering and delivery of any rental equipment. No worries for you on the day of your event. Our consultation room has samples of chairs, linens, glassware, china and flatware. During your planning session, we will go over all the choices available and give our expert guidance on what rental equipment would be most effective for your theme.
If you need tenting for your event, tent liners, side walls (both clear and opaque), tent pole covers, lighting and tent heaters are available. It is a wise precaution to reserve a tent if you are in an outdoor location and/or if your wedding is during an “iffy” month for weather. May, June and October are definitely “iffy” months for outdoor weddings in the Pacific Northwest. You also may want to consider tenting if you need shade for the comfort of your guests.
