With over 50 years of experience, Snuffin’s Catering is recognized as a premier upscale catering and event planning company in the Tacoma area. We cater to corporate, social and wedding clients in the entire South Puget Sound area. We have earned an excellent reputation for the fine quality of its food, displayed with artistry, and served with impeccable style.

We operate from a licensed, inspected commercial catering kitchen in the picturesque fishing village of Gig Harbor. Our 5,000+ sq. ft. facility has been described as “one of the finest catering kitchens on the West Coast” by Michael Roman, President of Catersource and the acknowledged “international guru of catering.” We are fully insured for both product and liquor liability.

Annie Butcher, Owner

First hired as a server, Annie quickly advanced from Party Supervisor to Event Planner to General Manager now Owner during the 34 years she has been with our company. She brings positive energy and passion to her role serving our clients. Time away is spent traveling in Europe, biking and spending time with her family. She is an amazing leader!

Sharon Snuffin, Founder

Growing up in Gig Harbor, Sharon’s degree from Washington State University prepared her for teaching Home Economics for several years before marrying and starting her family. With her husband, Dan, Snuffin’s Catering was born 50 years ago in a log cabin converted into a commercial kitchen. (Really!) 22 years later, the larger kitchen, offices and warehouse were built. At home, Sharon enjoys traveling, spending time in her large organic garden, reading mysteries and cooking for her extended family. Another Seahawks fan!
