Snuffin’s Catering specializes in catering elegant weddings in the Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, Gig Harbor, Bremerton and Puyallup areas of Washington State. We are the experts in coordinating and catering weddings and receptions for private residences and estates, as well as outdoor locations in the South Puget Sound area.

The following buffet and dinner menus are examples of our most requested menus. You are welcome to make additions and changes to the menus below, or create a custom menu that suits your own individual tastes. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free needs and will discuss options with you when you come into our offices to plan your wedding reception.

When you choose Snuffin’s as your caterer, you are assured of the highest possible quality of food with stylish presentation, exquisite serving pieces and professional serving staff.  And we don’t run out of food!

Menu prices are as listed.  Event staff, bartenders, service charge, any linens or rental equipment and Washington State sales taxes are additional.  Prices are given in ranges to allow for seasonal food cost variations.

Staff Costs

Staff costs are in addition to menu prices. In general, the cost for each staff member will range from about $200.00 for a short, afternoon reception, to $240.00 or more for longer events. When you meet with your wedding coordinator, she will give you an itemized estimate of staff and other costs for your wedding reception.

Wedding Rehearsals

A catered wedding rehearsal dinner is a wonderful opportunity for your families and the wedding party to get to know each other before the big day. These days, they are seldom the stuffy, banquet style restaurant meal of your parent’s generation. More frequently, they are held in a private home or yard and are much more casual. Often they are held several days before the wedding instead of immediately following the rehearsal.

Don’t want your family to do any work? Then have our professional catering staff bring the meal, serve and clean up afterward. You’ll be free to mix and mingle and no one will get stuck with the dishes! Rehearsal dinners with staff work particularly well when the evening is held in a friend or family member’s home and you want them to be able to relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about the set up and clean up.

If you don’t need a full meal with staff, you can order trays of our delicious specialties, pick them up at our shop and simply return our serving pieces to us later. This option is very affordable. Go to Appetizers to view our selection of ready-to-serve menu items.

As with all of our menus, you are encouraged to make any additions or changes that you would prefer. Staff, china, glassware, linens and other rental are additional.
