Rental Costs

As part of our service to you when planning your wedding ceremony, reception or other event, we are happy to order and coordinate the delivery and set up of any rental equipment you may need. We work with several fine rental companies in the South Sound: Tacoma, Seattle, Puyallup, Olympia and Bremerton.

Our showroom at Snuffin’s Catering has samples of chairs, linens, glassware, china and flatware. When you visit us, we will go over all the choices available to you and give our expert guidance on what rental equipment would be most effective for your event.

Delivery and Set Up Charges

Delivery and set up/take down are available. Charges vary. We will obtain a quote for all rental charges when you finalize your choices.

Tents and Tent Accessories

If you need tenting for your outdoor event, we will arrange for a rental specialist to visit your location to evaluate and measure your space. After the site visit, you will receive an itemized estimate for tenting.

In addition to the tent, tent liners, side walls (both clear and opaque), tent pole covers, lighting and tent heaters are available. We will dicuss your preferences when we visit your site.

Tents for a Rain Plan

You may reserve tenting as a rain plan. To do so, you pay a non-refundable 50% deposit that will hold your tent until one week before your wedding. You must decide one week in advance if you want the tent.  If so, then you will pay the balance when you pay for your reception.

It is a wise precaution to reserve a tent if you are in an outdoor location and/or if your wedding is during an “iffy” month for weather. May, June and October are definitely “iffy” months for outdoor weddings in the Pacific Northwest.

You also may want to consider tenting if you feel you need shade for the comfort of your guests.
