We had a full house last night for our Fall Wedding Tasting!
A big thank you to everyone who attended. We appreciated your compliments on our food and buffet setup.
We very much enjoyed welcoming all of you, and we had a great evening together!

Was it the Fifties or the Sixties when the fanciest salad in a restaurant was The Wedge? Usually a wedge of crispy Iceberg Lettuce with Thousand Island Dressing and maybe a few Cherry Tomatoes. Then chefs got more daring and served Wedge of Romaine Lettuce with Bleu Cheese Dressing, Bacon or even Baby Shrimp. It was a definite move up from the ordinary pale lettuce and Italian Dressing!
Our new favorite first course is The Wedge Re-Invented! Adorable baby Iceberg Lettuce with Pancetta, Bleu Cheese Crumbles and Ripe Grape Tomatoes. Some really creative farmer figured out how to grow and ship these perfect little heads of lettuce – amazing!
These Bacon “Tots” with Cool Ranch Dip are our most popular appetizer of all! Guests follow our staff around when we are passing them during the cocktail hour!
Snuffin’s Bacon “Tots”
